Shale Leech February 10, 2010 at 11:25 pm: Take care to make sure that you order the exact size that you need because contrary to the product specification saying the ring is re-sizable, it is in fact NOT. We ended up with one size too large and after visiting no less than 12 jewelers, not a single one would touch it, not for any price.

I contacted the manufacturer about it asking for suggestions on where to send it for sizing as they claim it is re-sizable and they aren’t answering my requests for help.
